I cannot say enough good things about Juliana! She was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. I would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent. When I met Juliana, she said that she loves working with first-time home buyers, but specifically, loves working with people who fit her personality. When she said this, I thought, "I like her personality, and I am a first-time homebuyer. Seems like a good fit." And we began working together. We met with Juliana at her office a few months back, and she explained the market, interest rates, inventory, the home-buying process, and everything in between to us. Then she sent us home to complete a buyer interview. This helped us come up with a good idea of what we were looking for. From there, she searched tirelessly for the next few months for homes that fit our criteria. She was so flexible and willing to make appointments around our schedules to show us different homes. We put in several different offers, and while we couldn't always go above asking, she knew how to put other terms in the offer that would be appealing to the seller. We got beat out by several cash offers on multiple houses, but eventually we found our dream home. This helped us beat out 20 other offers. That is how a first-time home buyer gets into a house in Boise, Idaho, in 2022 - they work with a smart, hardworking, personable gal like Juliana who has INCREDIBLE negotiation skills.
